RETURN POLICY:
If you want to return a product you must contact us via email at return@rileyartglass.com within 5 days of receiving the product. We will give you instructions regarding the return. Once the product is received in good/new condition we will issue a refund for the purchase price only.
DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED:
If you receive a shipment that was damaged during transit, please do not accept the delivery. If you received a shipment with concealed damage you must contact us via email at damage@rileyartglass.com within 48 hours. We will give you instructions regarding the return. Do not discard any packing material. We cannot accept any return without the original packing. Once the shipment is returned we will refund the purchase price only.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipment is usually made within 1-2 days of receiving a paid order. We ship via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.
